That's a lot of galaxies, but hardly all of them. There are billions of galaxies in our universe. Most do not have names, only alphanumerical designations (like NGC 1467). For example, check out this image from Hubble: http://hubblesite.org/newscenter/newsdesk/archive/releases/2004/07/
Just about every single point of light you see there is a galaxy.
