No it could mean you have a bladder infection. Especially if you have a burning feeling when you pee, or you feel like your guts are coming down your urinary tract.
Whatever the feeling do not delay going to the doctor immediately. Bladder infections can become chronic fast and more importantly can cause poisoning!!
When you go to the doctor, be sure to take a fresh urine sample with you (in a sterile container). the sample will need to be analyzed and depending on what kind of bug (i.e. bacteria or e-coli...) the doctor will treat it with antibiotics. You will need to drink lots of water to keep the kidneys flushed, and start from now and keep up drinking water throughout your medication. You may need another urine test after you finish your medication course. But do not delay.

What would make you think you had a miscarriage if you aren't even sure that you were pregnant...and is the blood coming with the urine or is it coming from your vagina..if it's in your urine and its coming from your bladder..you probably just have a UTI...drink some cranberry juice, and go to the doctor to get some anytibiotics...

Bladder or kidney infection, you need a doc asap. Antibiotics are the the only cure. Not a miscarriage. That feels like labor pains and alot of blood and material comes out. That would also need immediate medical attention.

if it's coming from your urethra it's probably a bladder infection or something is the matter with your kidneys i suggest drinking cranberry juice and making a doctors apt. rule out a kidney malfunction. If it's coming from your vagina then it could be miscarriage either way I'd say go to the doctors to make sure

no, it may mean a kidney stone or a bladder infection or bladder cancer or kidney infection, your uterus isn't connected to your kidneys if you have a miscarriage, your vaginer may bleed but not your urinary tract.
