There are several websites out there that you can use to determine a good asking price. "Buy Owner" is one of them. All you do is plug in the requested information and it will figure up an amount. Also you can call "Buy Owner" in your area and they will also help you. I would suggest surfing the web and using a couple of different sites before deciding on a price. Good Luck!
