dose it help when you are stressed or angry?

Yoga connects the body and mind, so if you are stressed and angry mentally you will become calm if you discipline yourself through some yoga moves. It takes such concentration to do and hold the poses properly that your mind will let go of the anger and frustration for at least a little while, and after your practice your body will feel so much better that your mind will relax, too. I love it....he helps me to NOT get stressed or angry! But yes, on the rare occaision someone gets to me, doing even 15 min of sun salutations calms me down!

actually it helped me when i was scared.... not "there's a monster under my bed scared" but scared things wont work out
