Why can you damn near kill your children whether it was attempted or you were just "out of your element" :/ and still fight to see your children whether it be supervised or not. I'm told that there is no Judge that will remove a fathers rights to his Children??? SAY WHAT!

Court's will remove parental rights, but rarely. Most people believe a parent's right to see his or her children, and control the way they are raised, is important, even when the parent is someone who makes mistakes now and then. The alternative is to have the government decide who is an appropriate parent, what is the right way for a child to be raised, etc. This happens now in extreme cases -- parental rights will be terminated for abuse, all children have to be appropriately educated, though that can be at home, etc. Society only wants it to happen in these extreme cases.

That is true. You cannot terminate a father's visitation or child support rights just because you are angry with him. Even if you remarry, your children have a right to see their father and he has a right to see you.

Don't let the dirty divorce crap trash your kids. If it didn't work out between you and he for whatever reason, it isn't the kids fault. Get over it.

Parental rights are terminated daily in the US. Your assertion that "no judge will (terminate rights)" is completely wrong.

However, courts will not terminate rights based solely on the desire of a hysterical person demanding they do so.

There are legal requirements that must be met and hysteria of the complaining parent is not on that list.

Terminating a parent's rights is the legal "death penalty" for that parent and it is not used as a punishment or for revenge. It is theoretically used for the best interests of the child.

The American justice system is pretty simple. If you have money it can be manipulated in your favor, if you don'thave money, good luck. Ever seen a rich guy on death row?
