so the only thing I ever hear from a guy is "OMG She is hot" or "wow i could do her" stuff like that. Is that ALL guys think about? or do guys actually care about the girl's personality?

Unfortunately, physical attraction is the first thing that draws a person to another. However, liking someone's personality makes for a long relationship.

Maybe you need to list out what you are looking for in a guy. Just an idea. Character is the most important thing any good man is looking for in a woman. Those guys who constantly rate women are not what you want. Get involved in what is important to you and you will meet like minded people. Who wants a guy you have to try to fix or who is your direct opposite? What would you discuss or even chat about? Develop good character.....kindness, caring for others, get into a team event or sport. You can fix up the outside package some but do not let that be your focus. A good woman with a good heart never goes out of style.

Well, yeah we DO say that. I'm sure women say that about guys... The way a person looks determines if you'll go up and speak to them, and then begin to find out what they're REALLY like.

yes some guys r there who cares girl's personality and their feellings but to find out them is difficult
each guy want to use and leave we can find the flutters, starting only they express what they want so we can find them.
guys want only thing now a days so dont belive them

But some of us would trade that funny chcik for a sexy one. At least for one night. This is why we cheat. Personality vs. Sexuality is hard conflict.

when any boy looks any girl first time , most of the time he looks the outer beauty of dat girl, her personality basically it is not his fault there is opposite sex attraction in every human being , and dats wat works at dat time but wen it comes to true frndship or true love then boys look for good behaviour , her nature , her kindness dat time this outer beauty doesn't work .......
so boys do care for girlss but only when they r serious about her
in terms of frndship or love .....
so only outer beauty is not imp for boys but the beauty of heart is also as imp as dat .....

They look at everything, but what's important.....the GENTLEmen however, do look at the outside, but they would rather get to know the inside of you....heart, personalilty, love, kindness. GUYS seem to only have one thing on their mind. GENTLEmen have other more IMPORTANT things....but I don't judge the guy or gentlemen when I look at him.....I get to know him first.
