I believe Dane Cook is funnier. His material he has, the effects that he makes, and the different personalities. He also has a sort of connection with the audience which makes him seem more like a people person. Jeff Foxworthy I don't really care for. He has that cheesy southern thing going on that I just don't care for. So I would say that Dane Cook is the best.
