First let me start by giving you a definition.

Divorce or dissolution of marriage is the ending of a marriage before the death of either spouse, which can be contrasted with an annulment, which is a declaration that a marriage is void, though the effects of marriage may be recognized in such unions, such as spousal support, child custody and distribution of property.

You may not divorce your parents. As of age 18 you're an adult. Also there is a way for you parents to no longer have custody of you and that's to move out and live on your own for 2 years before you're age 18 this is called being emancipated from your parents.

Now for the rest of your question.

After much research and going through biographies of each individual I think it's pretty safe to say it was Kerri Strung. Ever biography mentions the gymnasts parent's except for Kerri's.

I hope this has helped.

The name of the gymnast who divorced her parent's at 18 is Dominique Moceanu. It wasn't long after the 1996 Olympics that her parents tried to benefit from her new found fame by exploiting her any moment they could. She grew tired from the constant struggle to please her parents, and meet all the newly aquired appearance schedules she now had to endure due to her popularity. She thusly decided to emancipate herself, and get out from under their constant desire to benefit from her fame.
