Hi... I recently had sex and had an accident 3 days before my period was supposed to start. I skipped my reminder pills so my period wouldn't start, which it didn't. I also took Plan B (morning after pill) about 60 hrs after sex, just as a precaution. Do you think I could still be pregnant?

unlikely. . . if you have a traditional 28 day cycle then you'd be fertile from approx. day 12-16 (counting from 1st day you bleed). If unprotected sex occurred 3 days before period should have started then very unlikely that you became preg. If your period's late, it could be frm stress or also from all of the other stuff you took to make sure that you didn't become preg.

Skipping your reminder pills should have no effect on your cycle starting, they do not contain hormones. Plan B can sometimes take up to a week to work. If you have not missed more than 2 birth control pills you should not be pregnant. Most likely you have just messed up you hormones

You've taken pretty good precautions. But you have to keep in mind that nothing is 100%. If you don't get your period at the end of this set of pills, I would suggest taking a pregnancy test. Best of luck!

Plan B is so bad for you.You cant use that every time you have unprotected sex.If you use it too much you could make yourself infertile. You need to be more careful. You probably arent pregnant but take a test to be on the safe side. You also need to make sure you tell your doctor you have taken plan b so that he or she knows.

Either that or you messed up your cycle. Take pregnancy test just to be safe. I've read that EPT are most accurate.
