Not when Singapore is still having difficulties beating their nearby neighbours like Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
And if you look beyond that (you have to if you toking about qualifying for the world cup), do you think Singapore will be able to beat teams like China, Japan and South Korea? At least not in the next 10 yrs.
