Rowan Atkinson - Blackadder is hilarious (and once you're in love with Hugh Laurie as domicile, verify him out in season 3 and four to make sure what he does wonderful), as is Mr Bean and his get up stuff is more desirable suitable than both. close 2d will be a tie between Lee Mack (English), Danny Bhoy (Scottish) and Chris Addison (English).
