Although FeastMaster itself does not have a website, I did find a mail order company that does carry FeastMaster replacement parts. Here is a quote from their site:
"We specialize in stocking genuine factory parts, manufactured to stringent specifications by the original manufacturer. When you use factory parts your warrantees remain valid. Superior parts produce longer usable life while providing exemplary performance& results.
When factory parts are no longer available we have sources that supply us with, equal to or better quality components. Those suppliers pride themselves on superior quality and durability and they are domestic American Companies run by American families."
I hope this helps you find what you're looking for.

Write down the type, model and serial number that is on the grill and go to where you bought the grill.
If given as a gift, then call around to places like Home Depot, Lowes, or to a place that is knowledgeable about grills, to see if they can or have the parts you need. These places might also have the 800 number and web site you need for your specific grill.
Check the yellow pages to see where grills are sold.

I found this place that lists Feastmaster as one that they have replacement parts for. http://www.bbqmasters.com/request.html
They are part of a webring that has hundreds of links to BBQ related websites if you want to find more options: http://www.thesmokering.com/
