Fingers get numb and swollen from time to time why is that?

Well...it doesnt happen with every one...maybe your skin is suffering from dehydration...drink lots of water!...also give your hands some rest and there are some exercises for the fingers too for which u can take advice from a physiotherapist...

This is not normal, if you are not walking or exercising at the time.

Might be a circulation problem, or it might be that you're too hot, or that your kidneys aren't working too well.

It would be best to ask the doctor to run some tests.

It happens to girls more than guys for some reasons, my guess is the hormonal changes.

maybe because u have vitamins deficiency which leads to bad blood circulation...
