keep it clean first and you won't get them cause they are caused by clogged pores ....that means the oil in your skin is trapped and makes a black head when exposed to the air ....so clean it and lightly scrub with an exfoliant and a toner if you need it...then moisturize with a light skin lotion. good luck.

The black dots are called blackheads. The best way to get rid of them is to squeeze them, then clean your face with proactiv while they're all still opened up. I don't know about the oil for hair. I just condition mine...

Blackheads ,the best thing to do is get a basin of boiling water and cover your head with a towel over the steaming water for a good 20 mins when skin has softened you can squeeze them out, then close pores with an ice cube or spirit .

They are called blackheads and it is dirt clogged in your pores. Biore Pore Strips work pretty well. Also, I started using a scrub from Neutrogena that is GREAT!!! I've noticed a big different and I've been using it for about 3 weeks.

I don't understand the 2nd question, so I can't help you there!!
