you commit pergury in a court of law and you get caught it's a felony no it's not worth it I was in that situation and I'm glad I made the right decision

If he did something bad enough to get the death penalty I am not sure I would still want him for a friend.If he was family I would stand by him but not lie for him.

depends on what they did. If they had just cause to do what they did and i felt the punishment didn't fit the crime, then yeah.
