I like Conan's self depreciating sense of humour.

I would have whole-heartily gone for Letterman when he was on NBC and had his small show there. But he has become stale and instead of waiting once a week for the top ten list - now he has lame ones each day. Never did like Leno, his voice and antics are not impressive and abrasive to say the least. Conan was good at one point as well when he had Andy and a few off-color characters…but he followed Letterman. Once he became popular, he dropped the little, fun things and rode the more popular bits into the dirt. I say try and get more sleep – wait to watch SNL on Saturday night and really get disappointed with the sad crew they have now.

I like Leno because of what he does after the monologue. It could be headlines or jaywalking, both segments are hilarious. I also like when Jay goes "shopping" at the 99 cent store. I've seen Conan a few times and the only thing I like about Conan is when he talks to celebrities and only the mouth moves. Letterman I have not seen at all so I can't comment on his style. That's my two cents

Leno... Then Letterman... I don't even concider Conan in the same leage as the other two. He's just a hack. The sad part is, Leno will retire soon and Conan will take his place.. I will switch to CBS at that point

I don't think Conan is funny at all, and Leno isn't much better. Letterman is the best thing on late-night TV.

I would have to go with Jay Leno and his Monday night Headlines. Second is Letterman.
Conan reminds me of the kid at school that always thought he was the coolest and could get any woman he wanted and still thinks this way today!

Wow do you even need to ask Conan is by far the best. He is hilarious. Letterman draws a close second but Leno is just annoying.
