Maybe boxer shorts for a while if there is discomfort wearing jockeys. After that I can't see where it would make any difference at all...just a matter of choice as was before the circumcision. I also can't see why anyone would choose to be circumsized if it wasn't done at birth but I suppose you have your reasons.

Probably none, but since im uncut, i dont have to worry about this kind of thing. If youre circumcised as an adult, its gotta really hurt and u probably cant do anything with it for quite a while. The solution is to NOT get circumcized at all.

Pure cotton boxer shorts. Buy a size slightly larger, as it prevents friction, and also does not fold/crease up if you sit down, climb steps etc.

And use Deo talc between thighs. It will give great relief.

All the best to you.

No. Don't go for the boxer shorts you might get boxed below the belt. Ughhh! Try Purol instead...

You can wear a sarong or cotton sheath or wrapper with a little part of coconut rind under your upper part wrapper to prevent this cloth aproaching your circumcized penis. With sarong you feel free to walk and no pain.

Wear a "Dhoti" to let it hang free. Friction causes pain so don't use any tight undergarments for next 3 months.

You can do what they do for babies. Wear briefs (though not too tight) and put gauze overtop with vaseline until you heal. Though I am sure they will tell you to do something similar. ??
