I haven't heard the rumor but if it is true that she is pregnant by Nelly , I wish them the best and I could understand if she was pregnant by Gotti, because sometimes when someone helps another achieve their lifetime dreams, goals, and spend hours together having fun making money, a relationship or fling can happen. Prime example Mariah and her ex husband.
