my boyfriend and i currently moved into our new home in April. He lost his Job 2 weeks later. I have been supporting us since then. I found out May 25 that I will be loosing my job June 30 becuase of closing. My boyfriend got a new job June 6 but is not offering to helpo me in any way. i am feeling very used and taken fro granted becuase I come home from work and did the dishes cooked supper and cleaned the house while he wasn't working and he never help. He doesn't help now that he has a job and is not offering and financial assistants for me when mine ends. Is it just me or am i just stressed out?

Have you discussed the situation, put down all numbers and figure out a real way to work this through together?
Don't jump to conclusions too fast, in any case not before you align real numbers and evaluate different strategies together.
If after that discussion (which should be very matter-of-fact and calm-headed), you realize that he really does not want to participate, then work on a plan B.

Sit him down, put it all out on the table. No b.s.ing . If he don't offer a compromise or some sort of plan to make things better. Kick him out!! U don't need him. The way i see it..he's not doing anything u can't do on your own. In the meantime try to get financial help, concentrate on you. In my state the are places that give temp jobs that pay the same day. Maybe yours have one 2. At least til you can get back on your feet. Theres always a way-u just have 2 find it! :)
