How do I get rid of slugs.?

Question

We have alot of Slugs that only come out when we try to enjoy the weather at night what do I do.
Please help

Get a spray bottle and fill it with about 4/5 water and then put in some vinagar and salt, not to much or it won't work, and spray it where the slugs normally are.

In a spray bottle, mix 3/4 ammonia and 1/4 water. When sprayed on slugs, acts just like salt only......ammonia is 100% nitrogen. Plants love nitrogen and it wont harm them, in fact its likely to cause a growth spirt! Never worry about spraying them buggers (slugs) again.................. good luck!

With a sledge-o-matic. It only takes one hit and they are smashed to smithereens. What fun to lay in wait for the slow moving critters to slither past your bare feet only to be greeted with the sledge-o-matic. (attachments for snails sold separately)
No blood, no guts, just empty skin. Enjoy!!
Actually the beer thing works great, i just leave a little in the can, lay it in the grass and in the morning collect the cans and the dead slugs are in it.

ortho makes a product called slug-b-gone or another good product is seven.both can be found at home depot.also do not use salt it will burn the soil up

Pour a large circle of table salt around the area that you want to keep them out of.

Place a shallow dish of beer out where you notice them. They lo ve it, and they die after drinking it. I used to catch about 20 overnight when I left the dish out. You'll be surprised!

u r so mean...dont kill them...u ppl r so cruel...wats wrong wit everyone? why don't u just put them someplace else like on someone elses lawn or backyard lol...slugs cant hurt u so calm down...
