and we´re not in saudi arabia because they have proven they have nuclear weapons. a nuclear war with saudi arabia doesnt sit too well with america even though we have enough nukes to wipe any country off the face fo the map

I remember waking up and seeing the first plane hit on the news, and then in shock and horror seeing the second plane hit. Then to top it off, I was on my way to work and heard that the third plane hit the pentagon and then the fourth was taken down in that field. I remember the news cast like it was yesterday. It was my 2nd wedding aniversary, and my husband and I spent that evening eating Port O Subs and watching TV. So yah, I remember 9-11 way to well

Actually, yes, I remember September 11, 2001. I was driving home from work when I heard the newsreader describing the second plane hitting on the radio. I stopped at the local gas station and filled up because I figured that gas prices would jump that afternoon, went home, said a prayer, and went to bed wondering how long it would be before it would turn into a political tool.
I had little problem with invading Afghanistan. We knew that The Camp was there. We knew it because the government bragged about it. Extending to Iraq, however "right" it was to dispose of Hussein's government, was ill-advised, and based on faulty intelligence. If we wanted to invade a country that aided the terrorists, we would be in Saudi Arabia, not Iraq; where the terrorists were actually from.

WAKE UP! I think of 9/11/01 daily because I refuse to roll over and play dead like most people in this country...YOU included. The terrorists are still large and well. Do you really think they are as far away as the Middle East?!?! You have A LOT of growing up and thinking to do.
LOL...and as for the pentagon (1)get as many photos as you can. (2) go to an airport and look at a Boeing 757. (3) Use YOUR brain to try and figure out how a plain that size just disappeared after impact. ***Even more BS... how are people expected to believe that the same plains that took down towers 1 and 2, did nothing more than create some structural damage and a little fire at the pentagon?!?! DOES NOT ADD UP!

There is no proof that Iraq aided the terrorists who attacked us. Most of them were Saudis, why didn't we attack Saudi Arabia? Because the Bush family and the Saudi Royal family, and the Bin Ladens are best buds.

I was at work, talking to a friend on the phone and he said " are you watching this?!!" I had no idea what he was talking about...even though I worked front desk at a hotel and the tv in the lobby I had no idea what everyone in the lobby was talking about. Then they showed the plane hitting the first tower and I was speechless and numb. The kind of numb that comes when you receive bad news about family or dear friends. I cried several times over the next days and weeks as memorials were given, eulegies were read, and the ones left behind tried to cope with losing their loved ones in the spotlight of what was fast becoming reality tv.

I remember 9-11 and I remember 7 Dec. 1941 (Pearl Harbor), and D-Day, and V-E Day, and Hiroshima Day, and Nagasaki Day, and V-J day. (Also all the birthdays of my children).
I agree with you on why we are there.
