yes, you are right to be worried about losing him. if you want an honest advice then you should spend more time with him. i mean, not to quit your job or something like that, but simply to balance your professional life with your personal life.
think that he needs you as well as you need him. you have to reconsider your priorities.

to be honest your oth pushing eachother away and relationships are hard enough as it is the last thing you need, is not been able to communicate with eachother thats the key thing in a relationship, i know its hard when your studying and working but he is a part of your life as well so you have to make time for eachother, take a time out for a bit go out and have a meal or do something you both enjoy like maybe a holiday, things like this will bring you closer together. you've got to work hard in a relationship there not gonna work themselves you need to get the passion back into your relationship. Good Luck :D

Marriage is hard enough without starting it out with all these problems. You have to stop and make a considerable effort to work on your relationship. If you can't do that now, you certainly won't be able to once you are married and have kids. If you aren't willing to put your relationship first, then maybe you aren't ready to get married.

you are going to have to try and spend time with each other and talk about your problems pretty quick, or else the p roblem will get bigger and the distance between will be so great that the only answer will be to split up, if you love him like you say you do, its now time to get it sorted before its too like, make a big effort.

Get rid of him and you will no longer have to worry about losing him!
seriously though....trust your instinct, if it doesn't feel right then it probably isn't so deal with it now!
