Hi! I would recommend to keep a calendar where you mark when you have your period, that way you can know more or less how often you get them (every 28 days, every 30 days or so). That way you can predict when you will get it and carry at pad with you for when you get it. Or the days you think you may get it, wear pantyliners, just in case.
There is a good website with a calendar you can dowload for free for three months (I guess), http://www.hormonalforecaster.com

The best way to avoid an accident is to know when your period is coming. Go to a website called www.mymonthlycycles.com and there you can track it on a calender and many other things. You can also set up reminders that your cycle is about to start and to take supplies with you to school. You are still young, so you may not be in a pattern yet, so being prepared is key.

Don't worry about who saw at school--everyone will forget.

I would recommend using pantyliners daily and keeping pads and tampons on hand for when your period starts. I say this because the first few cycles for a girl can be unpredictable and not align with a normal menstrual cycle. It's also normal in these first months to experience discharge between your periods and the pantiliner can defend you against that issue as well.

well start wearing pads a week before your expected period (always wear pantiliners all the time when you know your not getting your period) also you should keep a clean pair of undies and pants in your locker just incase something happens so you dont have to walk around school like that with everyone staring at you.

That sucks, I'm sorry. Well, you know to keep track of when you get your period, right? Mark your calendar each month when you are supposed to get it and when you do get it. Around the day that you are supposed to get it, go ahead and put a panty liner on, just in case. Also, sometimes some girls start to have symptoms of their priods before it comes, especially cramps. If this happens, you know you are close and can prepare.
