1.) Turn it off
2.) unplug the power cord and ever thing on the back
3.) Press and hold the power button for 20-25 sec then let it go.
4.) plug ever thing back into your computer
5.) Pressthe power button and see if it comes on.

if it dose not work call someone who know what they are doing.

To answer we need to know if it does anything. Do any lights come on? Does the fan come on? If no to both then your power supply is shot. If the lights and fan come on but you get some beeps, write down what the beeps are as the beep code can tell us a lot. If it starts to boot and either freezes or you get an error message it could be the hard drive (depending on the message).

restart computer and press del Key.... and set Bios Option... you question was not 100% clear enough to give reply....

think you need to reinstall Operating system
