I sent a microsoft word document to a printer and then I deleted the document. The printer did not work, but the document is still listed in the print queue. Is there a way to retrieve the document?

I deleted the file from the recycle bin. Is there anywhere else it might be on my computer?

Although the file may have been deleted from the recycling bin, the bits can still exist on the drive, so long as nothing else writes on top of it (i.e., another file doesn't use it's space up). Norton Utilities has a feature where you can restore the file via the bit imprints left. If you don't have it installed, you're in tough shape, because the installation can overwrite the spaces occupied by the deleted file. From a system standpoint, it's already free space.
