How can I stop receiving the mailer deamon messages in my inbox?

I receive a mailer deamon notice for every mail that I send.

you probably have a worm virus, and the emails are being refused by the servers, you need to check it and clean it out

usually one only gets those when they've sent an e-mail to a nonexitsting account.

it is usually just telling you that you mailed something to a nonexistant account
