I don't think it is the greatest thing when America and her people are stereotyped. All people have very different opinions. No one thinks exactly alike. I don't know where the public image of just one thinking American body came in, but we are all individuals here.

After a while, people got tired of it: Some nations did not want America's help, while others wanted to basically freeload off the aid it sends.
