Or is it premade and they just heat it up. I have several questions about them today, i just had lunch there. It was great, by the way, except the water tasted funky.

Doubt they "make" it, but "baked fresh daily" is probably true. Restaurants rarely bake bread from scratch any more. Rather they buy frozen dough from their supplier(s), proof and bake it off in their respective units. So their claim of "baked fresh daily" is one of truth. Manufacturers of frozen bread dough include Rich Products Corp., Pillsbury Corp. and Maple Leaf Farms to name but a few.

I love their bread. I think they make it fresh daily. Water probably tasted funky because they just use tap water, I think.

Man thas is some good stuff. Espically dipped in garlic and oil oh and to answer your question it is homemade so I would assume they make it daily!
