OpenOffice, unless you want to pay for the Microsoft Office.
I would get OpenOffice

What is it setup doesn't do? Won't it begin at all, or won't it finish? Does it give any errors?

Give a bit more info. If it's won't finish because of the activation stuff, it may have been activated too often. If you have a legal copy, call Microsoft to get it activated, otherwise download OpenOffice and install that.

Download Open Office, it has everything Microsoft Office has and it is free. It is made by Sun, Microsoft's competitor and just to take a bite out of Microsoft they give it away for free

enjoy!

You could always sign up on bearshare wich costs like 3 dollars a year and then download it from there. Or just borrow it from someone that has it.
