First, it's VERY offensive to call the deaf-blind, deaf, dumb, & blind.
Second, you can use the The Deaf-blind Manual Alphabet, Hands On Signing (the deaf-blind person cups his or her hands over the signer to feel the shape and movement), and of course Braille.

You use sign language. They open there palm, and you sign by pressing your hand into thier palm. Once they learn sign language they can communicate just as easily as us.
