How can I move this information to others or recruits whom may be considering this university?

Make an appointment with the Althletic Director first. If that doesn't settle the problem then go to the NCAA. IF that doesn't help the Media. If it is juciy enough the Media will do something.

I was a collge student athelete who had a problem with a coach. Another players father donated a considerable sum to the University so that they could build a new 20,000 seat Hockey rink, under the conidition his son played on the team and started. His son could barely skate and I lost my scholarship. That was 1974. So I know the routine.

You may wish to contact the University Ombudsperson.

He or she will conduct an investigation and may be able to assist your child if legitimate harm has been caused.

This process is anonymous and you can be sure that you and your son will not be the victims of any reprisals from the administration.
