how bad is the floor? Is it hardwood floors? Is it rotting all the way through? do you just need to replace the top layer?

If you just need to replace the top layer, pull it up and see what is under neath. It will probably be plywood. If that is in good shape, you can put new wood, or tile over it. If you tile, make sure you prep correctly for it. Put down a light layer of 'thinset' concrete. Then you can tile.

When you are done with your job, make sure you do something to seal inbetween your tub and your floor to keep from happening again.
