It never fails to shock me every time I see someone throw something out of their car window, or drop a wrapper on the floor. I can't understand how anyone can do that so brazenly in public without a second thought.
I have never ever dropped litter. Have you?

I have never intentionally littered but I'm sure that sometimes a piece of paper has snuck away from me unnoticed though. I believe that those who litter are arrogant. They don't think of anything but themselves.

I hate to see it, but yes. It's mostly apple cores, and ice cream cones, but occasionally I've done aerodynamic tests involving gummy bears.
