Sending email to the Caribbean is the same as sending it elsewhere but will not work if you are using the spelling you have presented. Some people spell 'Caribbean' 'Carribbean'. However, what matters is getting the email address right.
If you know who you want to send the email to, I would suggest you get in touch with them and get them to email YOU. Then you will have their email address with the correct spelling..

if the address is right there shouldn't be a problem. might not be .com though china is .cn england is .uk or something don't know about the carribbean maybe .cb.
