Does it take longer to complete a rotation of the earth standing at the poles versus standing at the equator?

If you were standing on one of the poles you would just slowly turn in a circle (it would take the whole day).

The earth rotates 360 degrees in one day. Where you stand doesn't change how fast the earth rotate.

No. Same time because the earth is solid (or close enough).

On gas giants or on the sun itself, the answer changes.
