You can use an astrological ephemeris, which will have an indexed sunrise time for your date of birth. Fortunately, these are available online for free -- see the link given in sources for a good example.

In order to answer that question, you need not only the date of your birth, but also the exact time of your birth, and the exact place of your birth.

Your "rising sign" is determined by the point on the ecliptic that is also on your eastern horizon at the time and place of your birth. To make things even more interesting it is possible for someone born on the Arctic Circle to have no rising sign at all -- because once per day on the Arctic circle, the entire ecliptic lies along the horizon!
