I don't know if you will find an actuall broadcast anywhere online, but yahoo offers MatchCast where it gives you a play by play printout of the current action and espn.com has a similar play by play analysis. It will show you any goals that occur, fouls, time of possession, cards, shots, shots on goal, etc.

do a search on yahoo for fifa world cup and you will come across the official site with lots of video only minutes after the game

get a webcam, put it in front of a TV and tune it to the world cup.
publish the live feed to the web, then watch it online
