You need internet to transfer the little bits and bytes thats in an email to someone else's email server.

You cant do that offline unless you want to just compose a letter on your WORD and then send it using snail mail (USPS).

If youre talking about emailing a website to someone on the internet, then go to FILES on your browser menu and then click on SEND and it will give you the option to send the PAGE to someone or to send the LINK to someone via email.

Well assuming that by off the Internet you mean web pages, images etc... There are basically lot of ways you can do this... Let me list the best ones...
1) The very obvious one is to use the "mail this" , "send to a friend" , "email this" link that many web pages have these days..

2) The next best thing is to copy the URL, ie the address of the website in the address box above your web page and paste it in the mail you are composing. Usually this will automatically appear as a link to the receiver, if not the receiver has to copy paste it in his browser. Please note this will not work with active pages.. ie on dynamic pages generated on request, for example cricket scorecards etc..

3) Images can of course be saved and sent as attachments (You should respect copyrights though)

4) The last and cumbersome method is to take a screenshot of your window using the print screen button on your keyboard, then go to MS paint and paste, save the Image and attach it with the mail... This is very effective when for example you make a High score in an online game and want to show it to your friend... ( with some editing if you want to ;-)

Hope this solves your query... ROCK ON

What version of information superhighway explorer are you using. variations upto 6.0 is almost invalid at present. improve to recent version and see what happens. a minimum of improve to version 7.0. in any different case, use mozilla firefox. it is a superb browser. This sounds like it may desire to be an upload-on subject. What version are you working? while you're using IE7 or 8, attempt going into kit> take care of upload-ons, and disable any working upload-ons.
