Yes, I believe most of them you have to take several times a day. Better to do preventative bone maintenance than deal with ostoporosis later on. Especially if you have some of the high risk factors like such as white, small-boned, thyroid condition, family history.

Yes! You should also take a good multi-vitamin and do some weight training (even 3 to 5 pound weights are good). All for these things together will stop bone loss/thining and even help add to bone density.

Yes, after 30 your bones start losing mass. Its very important to keep you from getting osteoporosis early on, especially if you can do something simple like take a pill a day. Its hard to catch up once you have fallen behind....

Oh Gosh YES is a must trust me I found out the hard way ...a multi vitamin on top is suggested also
