It is Tulip brand fabric paint and the back label with the instructions fell off. Help! How long till I can touch it and it wont smudge.

Here's the correct answer, supplied by a friend of mine that does this stuff....give it at least two hours before moving the garment, and 24 hours to completely set. Hope this helped.

It takes 24 hours to dry completely.

i let the fabric paints dry for a minimum of 24 hours...whether on paper, fabric, etc....

probably 45 min to set but when I did t shirts i'd let it hang on a hanger for a day to dry.
