I'm sure you must think you flatter her by stating she's hot on the www but I can assure you that it would be more appropriate to describe her as a "wonderful young lady and I would like to make her aquaintance". In that case I would advise you to approach her directly , while respecting her personal space and introduce yourself. If the introduction was favourable you should then ask her out to an informal date, (excluding the movie theatre because you won't be able to learn anything about each other for two hours or more) somewhere there are lots of people, minigolf or amusement park comes to mind. And don't forget to thank her for going out with you and be sure to get her home at an appropriate time. good luck.

do someting special for her. sumthin u know she likes but without having the creepy stalker effect. or get her sum flowers. crack a joke,sumthin to make her laugh. be sweet....but in doing all this stay urself. be goofy too. a lot of gurls like that. so while being urself be goofy,sweet,funny and whatever else u are. i hope u get the girl.

ok...well....all you have to do is be the type that she likes if she likes sporty guys then do some sports if she likes romantic guys find out what locker she has and put a love letter telling her how you feel mentioning your name in it...but mostimportantly don't forget to be yourself around her
