Yes, you can, sometimes we change. Sometimes our life around us changes us before our eyes, but for someone very close to you, you know them just as much as you know about yourself, but alot of times, they are very simalar to you. Sometimes others will change before your eyes.

No i really don't think so you can live in your skin ofcourse for how many years you live but there is always something out there that might fascinates us or throw us off to do odd things it probably would take external devices to evoke a person and let them notice a side they never had before and this can be experience at any age. So no a person does not know fully who they are 100% of the time.

No, you don't know EVERYTHING that is going on within your body, how many dust particles are on our skin, if we will have acne a day from now. Exactly when our period is gong to start (5:45, 9:00??). Nobody will EVER know everything. Even about your own body.

you can't know 100% about yourself because you never know what illnesses you have, whats going to happen in your future etc... you may feel strong but something you didn't expect to knock the air of you does.
As for others.... you never know who to trust as the person you thought to be your closest friend or relative can stab you in the back!

I don't think that anyone can know 100% about themselves or others, simply because we are always changing. In our views, our ideas and our virtues, change happens. That's what makes life so interesting, knowing that change, good or bad happens, it in turn, changes us.
