Prevention programs such as "If You See Something/Say Something" and "Good Call" are in place by the MTA, but that doesn't answer why police aren't riding the subway cars. Undercover agents are on our airlines - why not the subway? I'm genuinely curious.

I see the police every day during my commute.
Working a block from WTC, I see police all the time.
I suppose it depends on the 'likely hood of an attack'.... where they assign police.

Grand Central, Penn sation and times sqare has many 'Hercules Units'.
