I really love The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou, that one is really funny. But Lost in Translation is a good one too.

Ed Wood (with Johnny Depp and by Tim Burton).
This was the very first movie where I took Bill Murray serious and where I recognised he's really a good actor.
He plays a transvestite who wants to become a woman, but at the end, he stays male, for a very tragedic reason....

I have to give the nod to Caddyshack. Nothing like watching Bill Murray getting outsmarted by a Gopher!

Too hard to choose.
There's the early stuff like Caddyshack and Stripes, and then more recent ones like Groundhog Day, Lost in Translation and Life Aquatic...and is there anyone besides me who not only remembers the film, but liked him in The Razor's Edge?

Groundhog Day, I've always put this on a list of "The Five Movies You Could Watch Over And Over"

Groundhog Day. But I recommend checking out the highly unknown remake of "The Razor's Edge" which is his only dramatic work I can think of before "Lost in Translation" and is much better.
