It's the longest word in the english language. Means "Black Lung" - a disease coal miners used to get. Hate the meaning, but love to say it! (it's phonetically correct, so break it up and it becomes one of those supercalafragalisticexpialadotious words!)
Otherwise, I love "expeditiously." Don't know why, just do. (Move expeditiously, let's clean the car expeditiously.... etc.)
