This means she wants to make a commitment to marry and share faithfullness to only you expecting the same in return. This could be true love, or a young romantic with no idea of the commitment for a forever relationship. This kind of commitment can only be true after a real get to know and be friend relationship. Finding things you admire and appreciate in the other that allows each to be all they can be, and will stay through the life trials when each takes turns of caring the least. Caring through thick and thin. This type of relationship can not develope to this degree over the internet. It must have some real life time to share, If not then it is a youthfull romantic with no experience only dreams.
