Its either the website's problem or its your popup blocker.

Try holding down CTRL when you click on it next time. Tell me if that works.

Im not having any problems with it when I tried it. So it might be your popup blocker or maybe you are using Mozilla, Firefox, or Netscape that is giving out a javascript error and its not letting you.

Are you using Internet Explorer?

you hove some firewall like wndows firewall/norton isc ...or spy remover spy sweeper or pop up blocker like yaho toolbar /google toolbar ...
turn them off and check again.
