If you're including Division I-AA, Harvard's stadium is the oldest, built in 1903.

Not sure if it is the oldest amongst Division I-A schools, but Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, WI was built in 1917.

If you include division I-AA Franklin Field (UPenn), they are the oldest football staduim in the USA, built in 1895.
As the person above said, Harvard staduim is on the top but they are actally secound, built later. However, Franklin field has undergone renovations in the past so Harvard fans can claim they were the first staduim built of concrete without major renovations but yes, UPENN's field is older and still standing.
