Well not knowing the company, your budget and the like I would suggest invitations With your logo on the outside in the shape of your condo in the inside...
You are invited to _(event)_________ to see our latest development _(name of condos)_________
put your tekie information here and jargon
time
date
place
address
rsvp phone number
general info contact number
small logo on bottom or light printed logo pattern underneath.

for entertainment I would suggest a band that reflect what you want to reflect as far as atmosphere you are projecting for your company are you fun then get a dj with fun songs are you serious then get ambiance music background are you lookin for laid back or tropical get a steel drum band. Formal? Get a small string quartet. I'd have it catered by a local restaurant so they can promo their wares too so if it's relaxed a more relaxed restaurant and if more formal then pick a more formal restaurant. don't forget coopetition and see if others want to promote their go with businesses.
