When I use kohl pencil, it just smudges off. If I use liquid eyeliner, I end up smudging my eye. If I use those silicon based liners that you apply with a brush, it wears off by the afternoon. What's the secret to keeping your eyeliner on?

always line the inner lid of the eyes, dab a little loose powder on the eyelid and line the eyes again, it will be very long lasting.

It all depends on what kind of eyeliner you use. Mac has the best waterproof pencil and Almay has the best waterproof liquid liner. These two do not fade, wear off, or smudge. Believe me, I have tried everything and my eyes are very teary and my skin is very oily. These two are the only ones that last.

I had tha same problem until I switched to liquid eyeliner. Its hard to put on at first but you will get tha hang of it. I put it on where normal eyeliner goes its a lil darker but I love it i can wash my face & it will still be on the only way to get it off is by using eye make up remover.

Use waterproof Revlon Color Stay eyeliner it is AMAZING!!! I took a shower with it on , it stayed on then i went to a swim party, swam for like 3 hours and was envied by all my friends because it was the ONLY eyeliner that stayed on the entire time.

Find a really good eyeliner. I like Mary Kay's ($9.50). It doesn't smear or smudge and it stays on all day long.

water proof eyeliner or just apply it to the inside of the eye..u know ON THE LINE not literally on the inside!

dont touch your eyes, at all...the more you touch them the more your eyeliner will smudge....and try using Maybelline New York Unstoppable eyeliner...it's never smudged with me

After you're done with your make up, close your eyes and spritz a little bit of a very fine mist hairspray on your face.
It will make your whole make up stay put all day.
But make sure the hairspray is really fine mist - one in aerosol.

don't put to much eyeliner. Lightly color the edges of ur eyes and don't mess with it.
